Creating an account adds 5 points to your balance right away — a head start toward your first free bar. Plus another 5 in your birthday month, every year.
If you already use Shop
Same email,
no second login.
If you've ever bought from us with the Shop app or used Shop Pay at checkout, your orders are already linked to your email. Use the same email here and your points start tracking automatically. Your balance shows up in Shop, in your Apple Wallet card, and right here on the website. One profile, three places to check it.
A few quick questions
I already buy from you on Shop.
Do I need to make a new account?
No. Use the same email you used with Shop, and we'll link everything to one Copper Rewards profile. Your future orders earn points automatically. Older orders won't backfill, but you'll be earning from your next purchase forward.
Do points earned at the markets count online?
Yes. The whole point of the program is that wherever you buy from us, it adds up to one balance. Just give us a phone number or email at the booth and we'll attach the order to your account.
How do I redeem a free soap at the booth?
Tell us at checkout. Once you're attached to your account, we'll see your points balance on the screen and apply the reward right there. Same for the free candle.
Can I pre-order online and pick up at a market?
Yes. Order online, choose Local Pickup at checkout, and the market price applies automatically — no code or email needed. Pick whichever market you want to visit and your order will be ready when we're set up that weekend.
Can I use a free soap reward and a discount code together?
Not at the same time. To keep the program fair and easy to explain, rewards don't stack with other discount codes. Use whichever gets you a better deal that day. You'll still earn points on the order either way.
Do points expire?
Only if your account goes quiet for a full year. Any purchase or sign-in resets the clock, so as long as you check in once in a while you keep what you've earned.
I forgot to use my email at the booth.
Can you still credit it?
Yes. Reach out within 30 days with your order date and a rough total, and we'll add the points by hand. Easier if you remember next time, but we won't leave you hanging.
